Are there any setup fees?
No. There are zero setup fees on any plan. You only pay transaction fees when you process payments. The Growth plan has a flat monthly fee in addition to lower per-transaction rates.
How quickly are funds settled?
For Nigerian Naira transactions, settlement is next business day (T+1). International settlements vary by currency and destination but typically complete within 2-3 business days.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the new rate applies immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What currencies do you support?
We support NGN, USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, GHS, KES, ZAR, and more. Multi-currency wallets are available on Growth and Enterprise plans, allowing you to hold and settle in multiple currencies.
Is there a transaction volume cap?
No caps on Starter or Growth plans. Enterprise customers get custom rate cards based on their volume, with significant savings at scale.
What payment methods are supported?
We support Visa, Mastercard, Verve, bank transfers (NIP), USSD, mobile money (across Africa), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and direct debit mandates.
How do chargebacks and disputes work?
We provide a full dispute management dashboard. Chargeback fees are passed through at cost. Our fraud detection tools help minimize disputes before they happen.
Do you offer test/sandbox environments?
