Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Bolrach Technologies Limited (“we”, “us”), which operates Akewe. By using Akewe you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who can use Akewe
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding agreement where you live. If you use Akewe for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
Your account and channel
You sign in through auth.ng. Keep your login secure, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity on your channel.
Your content and licence
You own the videos and other content you upload. By posting to Akewe you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, stream, display, and distribute it as part of running and promoting the service. This licence ends when you remove your content, except for copies already shared by others or kept briefly in backups.
Monetization
Where you are eligible, you can earn from your content. Earnings, payouts, and eligibility follow our monetization and community policies, which we may update as the platform grows.
What is not allowed
- Content that is unlawful, hateful, or that sexualises or endangers anyone, especially minors.
- Content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes someone else’s copyright or trademarks.
- Spam, deceptive behaviour, or attempts to break, overload, or game the platform.
Copyright
We respect intellectual property and expect you to as well. If you believe content on Akewe infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with details, and we will review and act, including removing content and, for repeat infringers, closing accounts.
Our content and marks
The Akewe name, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may use them only as part of using the service normally.
Availability
We work to keep Akewe running well, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Akewe. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
Ending your use
You can stop using Akewe at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the community, creators, or platform at risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bolrach Technologies Limited is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
If we update these terms we will change the date above and flag significant changes in the product. Continuing to use Akewe after that means you accept the update. Contact us with any questions.
